RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

1.  A one-night deposit is required at booking; the balance is due at check-in.

2. Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. 

3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

4. No refunds or credits will be issued if you are dissatisfied with the selected campsite's location, terrain, or natural features unless there is a confirmed safety hazard.

5. Camping is an outdoor experience, so weather conditions are beyond our control. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather.

• Campers are responsible for checking the local forecast and preparing accordingly.

• In the rare case of official weather warnings, we may offer the option to reschedule. This is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for travel delays, road closures, or personal schedule changes due to weather conditions.

RV/TENT SITE USE AND BEHAVIOR

​

1. Check-in (1 pm); Check-out (noon).

2. Each campsite has a maximum occupancy of 6 people and 1 tent (unless otherwise approved).

3. Quiet hours 11 pm-7 am (excluding generators).

4. Campfires are only permitted in designated fire rings or off-the-ground fire pits! Do not move fire rings and do not leave fires unattended!

5. Please keep your area clean! Do not leave food/trash outside overnight!

6. Place bagged trash at the front of your site by 12 noon or in the dumpster near the entrance. 

7. No dumping of any wastewater on your site. A dump station is available!

COTTAGE/DOME USE AND BEHAVIOR

​

1. Check-in (3 pm); Check-out (noon).

2. Maximum occupancy of 6 people.

3. Please keep area tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee may apply if left excessively dirty.

4. Remove all belongings and dispose of trash in the outside receptacle before check-out. Leave the key on the kitchenette counter.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages/domes.

6. No pets allowed in the cottages/domes.

7. Quiet hours 11 pm-7 am. Please be respectful of other campers and guests.

8. Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only! Do not more fire rings and do not leave fires unattended!

9. Do not use outdoor grills on the porches/decks.

10. Indoor cooking appliances must be used responsibly. No deep fryers or open flame cooking inside.

11. Close picnic table umbrellas when not in use.

12. Guests are responsible for any damage to the cottage/dome or its contents.

13. Report any accidental damage or maintenance issues promptly.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT

​

1. The speed limit is 5 mph throughout the campground!

2. Firearms & explosives are strictly prohibited! Fireworks are allowed with prior approval.

3. Alcohol is permitted for guest aged 21+, but no public intoxication or use of illegal drugs!

4. An adult must supervise children at all times.

5. Flags, signs, clothing, or other public displays of political, vulgar, or abusive language will not be permitted. Respect your neighbors!

6. Aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without a refund.

PETS

​

1. Keep pets on a 6-foot leash any time they are outside of your RV/Tent (unless i n the dog park).

2. Clean up after your pets immediately! Waste bags are available at the dog park.

3. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in a request to leave the property.

FACILITIES

​

1. Shower house is available 24/7.

2. The Pavilion, SPA, and Stage are for use at an additional rate if available. Please get in touch with the office for details.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

​

1. Campers assume all risk while on the property.

2. The campground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

3. Campers will be held responsible for any damage to property or facilities.

4. Do not disturb wildlife or remove plants, rocks, or other natural items.

EMERGENCIES

​

1. In an emergency, call 911 and notify the camp host immediately.

2. The main office has fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
